Job details
$13 hourly base pay plus commision and benefits.
Flexible schedule required, there will be at least 3 late nights per month (12-9 PM). No Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Set appointments for inbound phone and internet leads in a professional manner.
- No cold calling.
- Work in an upbeat team environment with individual goals.
- All customer communication is via email, text or phone; no in-person meetings.
Qualifications:
- Be outgoing and persuasive! You will talk a lot on the phone. A minimum of 80 calls a day is expected.
- Minimum of 1 year in a position of Customer Service Representative or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Apartment Leasing, and/or Restaurant/Hotel industries.

Lot Porter
Responsibilities:
- Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
- Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Cleans driveway and sidewalks
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes key tags for vehicles.

Body Shop Technician
Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
- Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completions of repairs.
- Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
- Consult with management regarding new procedures and equipment in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role required
- Certified General Motors Technician
- ASE Certification required

Responsibilities:
- Performs vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
- Receive repair orders and take them to the stall area.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform the repair as authorized.
- Communicate with the Parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Tag and save parts, turn in parts, if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
- Advise Service Advisor immediately if any additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
- Document work performed.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure repair has addressed the customer complaint.
- Quality check work performed.

- Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.

This position is commission based. Yearly income is dependent on experience level and work completed.
Responsibilities:
- Refinish repaired surface using paint spray gun and sander.
- Bolt or weld replacement parts in position using wrenches or welding equipment.
- Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment and trim to gain access to vehicle body and fenders.
- Fill depressions with body filler, using a putty knife.
- Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torches.
- File, grind and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
- Straighten bent automobile frames using a pneumatic frame-straightening machine.

- Must have 1 year of previous lube tech experience
