My usual sales person was out on medical leave, but I was still treated well by the salesman who was filling in for him. The dealership was also undergoing a major renovation, but that didn't effect the service that I received. So, in spite of the challenges they had, I still had a good experience buying my new car.

Chris Webb was able to help me so well that there's a Ford Focus in my garage right now. Seriously, he was so easy to work with, it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with all the cars I've bought and only the second time I've gone the lease program. When I talked to him after the Internet contact, it took less than fifteen minutes for him to realize what I was after and explaining what was available, options and cost. That mainly brought me from Mark Chevrolet down the road to Demmer Ford and closing a deal with him. I bought a used Ford Escort from your Used-Car lot back in 2001 and that lasted me over 120,000 miles until I decided to try the Lease route. with the Chevy Cruze only because the deal at that time was so good, I couldn't refuse it. I hope Chris is still with Demmer Ford in 24 months when my lease expires.

I purchased a 2014 Escape from Jack Demmer in Dec 2014. Although my salesman was very educated with the product and extremely helpful in finding what I wanted, I was disappointed that the dealership did not have what I wanted in stock. I requested firs,t a loaded Fusion w/nav, roof and upgraded wheels, none in stock. Then I asked for a well equipped Escape with 19" wheels,, NAV & moon roof.....none is stock. Although my salesman found me what I wanted at another dealer, it surprised me that with all of the stock on their lot, there wasn't a vehicle on the lot that I wanted.

Well my New Year stared out on the wrong foot, getting into a car accident on the 2nd. After finding out that my last vehicle had a bent frame I decided it was just time for a new car and started to look around at different dealers. I had decided to get a focus but Jack Demmer wasn't the dealer I went to originally. Just out of curiosity I went to Jack Demmer to see what they had to offer with their inventory. The customer service and overall knowledge that I was approached with, amazed me compared to the first dealership that I went to. My sales person, Eric was outstanding in trying to find the most rebates possible and getting me the car that I'm driving now! My overall experience was excellent and I will be returning in the future!!

My husband surprised me saying he wanted to get me a newer vehicle to drive. He has a 2006 Freestyle & I always said if I got another vehicle that is what I wanted. I had a 2000 Mercury Villager which I loved but after driving it for 10-1/2 years, it was time to move on. We had called around to find a Ford Freestyle for me & when I called & talked to Mark Puls, he said they had the one we saw online & we drove over right away to take it out for a test drive. Mark was great with us at every step in getting the vehicle. I would highly recommend both Jack Demmer Ford as this is now the second vehicle I have bought there & both experiences were good ones. I am so happy to have my new 2006 Ford Freestyle, proud to drive it & it rides so nice. So if you need a used vehicle, go see Mark Puls. He will go above & beyond to get you into a nice vehicle.

I had brought my car in today due to some repair work they had done (Jack Demmer Collision) about a year ago. My fuel tank was not filling properly and I thought it was due to the collision (in the same location as the filler pipe). The team there (Kevin - manager, Eric - mechanic) took the car on the hoist immediately, and within minutes called me back to discuss the issue. Eric showed me very clearly the filler pipe and other lines which lead in and out of the gas tank, into the purge canister, with a very detailed yet easy to understand explanation of how the system works. Seeing as how there was no damage to the system from the collision, he had also diagnosed the problem for me and gave me advice as if it were his own car. The whole experience cost me only gas money to drive there and gave me an incredibly good impression. This kind of honesty and service is very rare, and if it's anything indicative of how the rest of Jack Demmer's business is being run, I would definitely make the drive for my next vehicle purchase. PS, Eric deserves a raise, the guy is a genius. You're very lucky!

I had been talking about buying/leasing a vehicle for months. So much so that my family was sick of hearing about it. But, it's not an easy decision to make! What dealership to go to, what model to, buy..lease...so many decisions to make that it was literally making my head spin. The only thing I knew was that I was getting a Ford. I went to several local Ford dealerships, test drove 4 vehicles and spoke with several "nice" dealers. I then made my decision and went to a dealership, spoke with a gentleman who was kind enough, patient and helpful. He gave me a few printouts of quotes for the vehicle I was interested in and I decided to "sleep" on it, as it ended up being a lot more money than I anticipated on spending. I woke up the next morning with a fire in my belly and decided that today was the day that I was leasing a car. On a gut feeling, I took the paperwork that the gentleman gave me from the previous dealership and went to Jack Demmer Ford. I sat down with Duane Laidlaw, (the brother-in-law to my mother's friend) and told him of all my travels, thoughts and concerns. He was extremely patient, understanding and accommodating. He brought out the Fusion that I was thinking about and found a dealership in Ohio that had exactly the color I wanted. I test drove the vehicle and LOVED IT. I showed him the paperwork from the competitive dealership and the quote that was given. He ran the same information that the dealer from the other night did and to my amazement....Duane came up $30.00/mo CHEAPER !!!! Duane was equally amazed, he could not figure out where the previous dealer came up with the figure he quoted me. I was sold right then and there!!! I spent four hours with Duane that day, going back and forth from this model to that model, leasing pricing versus buying pricing. Never once did Duane make me feel obligated or bothersome. In the end, I ended up leasing a beautiful, ruby red 2014 Escape, that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Once my decision was made the whole process took 30 mins!!! Duane made my experience hassle free and enjoyable. The folks at Jack Demmer have certainly made me a raving customer. Simply put, not only will I continue to shop at Jack Demmer, but I will rave, to anyone who listens, about my experience shopping there.
