Responsibilities
  • Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
  • Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Cleans driveway and sidewalks
  • Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Makes key tags for vehicles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Internet Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments for inbound phone and internet leads in a professional manner.
  • No cold calling.
  • Work in an upbeat team enviroment with individual goals. 
  • All customer communication is via email, text or phone; no in-person meetings. 

$13 hourly base pay plus commision and benefits. Flexible schedule required, there will be at least 3 late nights per month (12-9 PM). No Sundays. 

Expected Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Be outgoing and persuasive! You will talk alot on the phone. A minimum of 80 calls a day is expected. 
  • Minimum of 1 year in a position of Customer Service Representative or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Apartment Leasing, and/or Resteraunt/Hotel industries. 
  • Be able to memorize and use phone scripts provided. 
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and superior time managment skills.

Light Repair/ Electrical Technician

Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role required
  • Certified General Motors Technician
  • ASE Certification required
  • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
